The Research And Design On The Universities’ Working Data Resources Sharing Platform

The construction for network data resource is the key to the development of educationalinformation, how to solve the problem about the data resources’ network sharing effectively,and to integrate the common working data of college or university department fully, to makeresource management achieve a certain degree of optimization, to improve universityteachers’ working efficiency, has become an urgent problem that university teachers need tosolve. Nowadays, many universities have set up their own network resource sharing platformsuccessfully, but most platforms are set up for teaching and curriculum resources sharingservice, it lacks of a data resources sharing platform for universities’ working.The discussion object of this paper is the universities’ working data resources sharingplatform. It is mainly to improve the efficiency of the universities’ working. In this paper, Istart from the information construction for data resources sharing platform, in connectionwith current situation and problems in much information construction that exist at home andbroad as well as in the authors’ workplace. This paper also has discussed the researchsignificance about the universities’ working data resources sharing platform, and proposedthe construction of the overall goal.Firstly, for going deep into the analysis of the work status, I propose an overallconstruction plan for the universities’ working data resources sharing platform, which basedon three-tier software mode. And determine the overall goal of constructing a sharingplatform, propose the design principles. At the same time, I define the position of theplatform, resources sharing mechanism, research methods and technical route in detail. Then,after a specific analysis for user’s needs, I start work on the platform’s functional design anddatabase design. And make a detailed analysis and design on the functions and processesincluding user management module, resource import module, resource query and displaymodule and resource statistics module. Finally, I make a practice by using School ofEducational Technology and Communication, and complete each module’s interface designand achieve the system prototype, users can carry out a variety of university data statisticsand inquiring on the sharing platform. Then test platform’s practical effects by listing twoexamples. In the summary of this paper, I present the innovation, and put forward to late perfect direction and the future.
