Design And Implementation Of The Fiscal Systems CEEUSRO Expert Resources Sharing Platform

With the rapid development of science and technology, all aspects of our lives are increasingly dependent on computers.In the traditional office methods, issues such as information gap, information stagnation, poor communication, always lead to low efficiency. Comparing to that, office informatization not only saves resources but also has a huge advantage in rich resources for convenient. On the other hand, the research and practice for CEEUSRO joint education model has been proved to be effective on industrializing the tech achievements of universities and research instirutions as well as improving universities and research institutions vitality and practicality with enterprise mode.This dissertation focuses on the fiscal system, combines office informatization and CEEUSRO joint educational model, proposes building the "Fiscal Systems CEEUSRO Expert Resources Sharing Platform". The resources sharing platform aims at building a counterpart support and resource sharing platform, mining universities and enterprises technical talents, sharing good project resources, exploring school-enterprise and financial sector joint research and development model, creating joint development, mutual benefit platforms, and significantly improving the level of financial systems projects as well as schools and enterprises social service capabilities.This dissertation analyzes the system hierarchy, business process and use case, divides the system into four function modules:login module, user management module, resource search module and data management module, and also designs and implements them. The system is based on B/S structure and uses JSP and MySQL database. It builds a resource pool containing talents pool, papers pool, results pool and so on, providing a sharing platform for the fiscal system to communicate with universities, research institutions and enterprises. After validation, it proves to greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the financial work and provide a reference for the information technology of national fiscal system.
