Regional Archival Information Resources Sharing Platform Research

With the rapid development of information technology and its applications in every department, archive management departments and government departments in the region gradually established the Archive Information System. Archived information which has conservation value for the departments and society stored in these systems as well as the background information.However, early in the design and development Archive Information System of archive management departments and government departments often focused on the needs of the departments and lacked a uniform standard at the regional level, resulting in the information isolation of various system.It brings difficulties to coordinated visiting between archive management departments and government departments in the region,as same as it does to information access and information processing cross region and system.For accessing to archival information of all levels timely, effectively and accurately,improving service capacity of archive management departments and government departments in the region, it is inevitable that we should establish a flexible, efficient, safe, stable Regional Archival Information Resources Sharing Platform.This research paper is based on the needs of domestic and international information technology development and digital archives construction,combining current archive management situation at home,drawing on the experience of other industry information construction,analysing necessity and feasibility to build Regional Archival Information Resources Sharing Platform,and puts forward the viewpoint that integrate the information construction results of all archives and related sectors in the region to build a unified,standardized digital file application platform.Besides it,the paper discusses the main problems and implementation strategies in the construction of Regional Archival Information Resources Sharing Platform.
