Research And Application On Data Sharing In The County Land And Resources Of One Map

Land and Resources Information as an important part of total resources on a global basis Information, it is not only related to our national security, but also affects our national economy. Ministry of Land and resources specially put forward the concept of "One Map" control for this purpose. But the basic data source of "One Map" widely,format multi-source,scale diversity and so on, the basic data brought a lot of difficulties for data sharing. How to solve the problems:make data share; more departments have sharing data; make full use of existing data; reduce duplication of labor and capital investment; make the system more integration has become a top priority.The research according to researching the semantic sharing of data general, namely two different classification system data conversion each other. Mainly to solve the data of "One Map" with semantic equinalent problem, complete the transformation of data cognition, thus reach data in cognitive hierarchy sharing; Based on the data integration and integration technology research, the data conversion parameters settings, data accuracy control in certain range, make data from a coordinate system to another kind of coordinate system, finish the data position conversions; through the research of data format, make the data from one format to another format conversion, achieve the data sharing in data levels; Complete data integration of different scales, make the data with sharing.Through the analysis and research, concluded that the research in "One Map" a chart based spatial data sharing is the most important and the construction of the foundation to the parts. On this basis, from theory to practice the sharing of data made some case study.
