The Design And Implementation Of Scientific And Technological Resources Sharing Platform For Shijiazhuang City

Shijiazhuang City is relatively backward in science and technology atmosphere, cultural facility and science and education base, high-level elements of scientific and technological resources are still lacking. Scientific and technological resources existed are dispersive, and there is no policy to co-building, sharing and maintenance, leading to low utilization rate of scientific and technological resources, unsatisfactory configuration, repetitive construction and other aspects. Thus material and cultural life and economic construction requirements of Shijiazhuang City cannot be achieved. Therefore, design and implementation of Shijiazhuang science and technology resources sharing service platform was decided.In the design process of the platform technology system, user layer, access layer, application layer and data layer were mainly confirmed. All the pages of the platform were based on B/S mode and JSP framework technology. Background data processing adopted MVC pattern and SSH framework (Struts, Spring, Hibernate). Tomcat server was used for deployment. The database was SQL Server2014.The platform included functions of resources retrieval management, replaced search and replaced retrieval management, key global product sample library management, technology panorama and system management. Resources retrieval management realized the use of many databases, like, China Statistical Yearbook, VIP, CNKI, WanFang, NSTL and self-built resources. Replaced search and replaced retrieval management achieved replaced search and replaced retrieval order application, continuing apply, deleting application, canceling application, registering order information, replaced search and replaced retrieval order inquiry, order literature download and order processing. Key global product sample library management achieved navigation bar maintenance, general search and advanced search, information display browsing, hot navigation maintenance, product search and result maintenance. Technology panorama map achieved browsing resource distribution and information retrieval. System management achieved view of the platform function and content, view of user guide, view of offline message, reply to offline message, view of online advice, customer service online use and answer of online consultation.The use of the platform can bring convenience for economic development service and integration of data and resources of science and technology innovation in Shijiazhuang City, and further improve the construction of information resource data of Shijiazhuang City, strengthening the information inquiry service and providing a data, technical cooperation and exchange platform for enterprises, universities, research institutions and science and technology service agencies.
