Climate Environment is closely bound up with survival and development of human being, Paleoclimate Environment provides scientific evidence for research on Climate Change of present and future, which is an important embranchment of Climate Science. Paleoclimate Environment Science and Technology Resources is numerous, and there are too many kinds of data processing, information system and data format in different institutes which results in difficulties in data sharing, data compatibility and low data using efficience in Paleoclimate Environment Information Systems. Accordingly, it is necessary to establish a Paleoclimate Environment Science and Technology Resources Sharing Platform to provide Paleoclimate Environment science laboratory data storage, publishing, distributing, analysis online, data acquisition online functions to assist research on Paleoclimate Environment Analysis, Simulation and Climate Mode.Author discussed the key technologies of how to build the Resources Sharing Platform, besides Metadata, NetCDF Data Format, GrADS meteorological Data Analysis System, Heterogeneous Systems Integration Theory, and Software Technology etc.Based on theory research and system analysis, author proposed software and network architecture of the Resources Sharing Platform. Considering shortage of traditional NetCDF dataset access software, a new NetCDF dataset access architecture based on Web Services is proposed, which established technology enhances foundation for effective data access on heterogeneous platform.Finally, with Windows Server 2003 Operation System, Microsoft.NET Enviroment, author developed Paleoclimate Environment Science and Technology Resources Sharing Platform software system, which includes Metadata Publishing and Management, Paleoclimate Data Analysis Online, NetCDF Data Acquisition Service, Conversion Translator, System Management etc. Heterogeneous Systems Integration between Web platform and GrADS meteorological Data Analysis System and Paleoclimate Data Visualization Analysis Online are realized, which provides the advanced and practical software environment and tool for Paleoclimate Environment Science and Technology Resources Sharing and Collaboration.All the work discussed above is presented in this paper.
