In recent years, in order to realize the intelligent control of household energy,home energy management system has become a hot issue.Part of the large companiesboth at home and abroad have put forward their related product design, and in someplaces to pilot. However, In the process of intelligent community in our country, dueto the limitation of most of the urban energy network is aging, the comprehensivepromotion of intelligent community met such as energy network reconstructionproject big, over time, the cost is high. This article is aimed at our country old villageenergy networks and proposed a home energy management system (HEMS), withoutthe existing energy networks significantly modified under the premise ofimplementation within the residential energy use of the remote control.This paper completed the following aspects of the work: First, this system hascarried on the system design and analysis, established a system of related functionalrequirements and system design feasibility; Second, according to the system designand analysis, developed a system design block diagram, circuit design, each moduleof the system’s proposed requirements; third, according to the block diagram of thecircuit to achieve the system’s various modules and use Cadence software to completethe design of the whole system circuit; fourth, the use Cadence software to completethe system PCB design; fifth, use Cadence software system to complete thehigh-speed circuit (DDR3circuit) signal integrity simulation; Finally, after the PCBproduction system, complete functional test of the system.This paper adopts high performance switching power supply for the system ofpower supply, make the whole system of power supply meet the requirements of lownoise, high transient response. Electricity detection module of system adopts specialpower measurement chip, ensure the accuracy of the measurement, combinations ofmulti chip at the same time, extend the measuring capability of the system. Thenusing the optical coupling isolation device performance of photoelectric isolation andtriode switch features, realized the isolation system with external sensors, solved theproblem of the system by outside interference. For this stage of smart products storedon the system performance requirements, the system uses DDR3, Flash and SD Card combination, both to ensure the running speed of the system, but also to ensure thatthe storage capacity of the system. Meanwhile, the system reserves a large number ofcommunication interfaces to enhance the scalability of the system.DDR3module circuit design is one of the key issues in the success or failure ofthe entire system. In this paper, aiming at the DDR signal transmission problems, andusing the related knowledge in high speed circuit design, and Combining the Cadencehigh-speed circuit design tools to simulate the signal transmission between coreprocessor and DDR3simulation. Through comparing with the related data of chipmanual, finally determined the meet chips noise tolerance related parameters, such asdrive output impedance characteristic impedance, signal lines, the minimum distanceand all kinds of signal lines, line length, etc.Can solve the problem of the modulecircuit of signal integrity.The test showed that: the power of the system, the peak to peak of all power’sripple is no more than100mv except1.5V, and the1.5V power as the power supplyfor DDR3, the actual measured value is120mv, and less than150mv which is offerby DDR3chip manual requirements, so the system of power supply design meet therequirements; The DDR3circuit of System in actual tests each signal without obviousovershoot phenomenon, The signal of AC/DC characteristics meet the requirementsof chip manual; The UART interface circuit of signal timing of the system is alsomeet the corresponding requirement chip manual. The temperature test show that thesystem can work normally from-20oC to+50oC, meets the requirements ofapplication system in real life.
