Reserch On The Risk Management Of Software Projects And Applications In The Office Automation System Development Projects

A series of activities of a software project involves a variety of processes,which may involve events that affect the overall project goal implementation or may cause varying degrees of loss to be called risk.To achieve the software project objectives,the software risks should be managed.Risk management is a comprehensive method of identifying,analyzing,evaluating,mitigating and monitoring,which can manage the risk of software project scientifically and effectively,and also provide more countermeasures and possibility for managers to control risk.Different from the traditional risk management single risk control means,software project risk management with a variety of control methods of flexible use,so that the way to deal with the risk of increasingly perfect.As a result of the successful application of the risk management theory and the classic model,more managers begin to pay more attention to self-risk management.On the other hand,with the rapid development of information and software technology in various fields of society,the possibility of all kinds of risks increases greatly,and the impact and loss degree of risk events are increased.Therefore,the responsibility of risk managers in different industries has also put forward higher requirements,and the various means of risk management have been paid more attention.This dissertation mainly studies on:Firstly,considering the particularity of software project to describe the risk management in software field as well as risk recognition model and risk appraisal methods.This dissertation also compares the main methods with each other to show their advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,based on the risk recognition model,this paper presents a software risk management framework based on AHP,which is a risk management process including risk-identification,risk-analysis,riskassessment,risk-mitigation and risk-monitoring in five stages,which can solve the risk management problem in the process of software project implementation by combining quantitative and qualitative methods.Thirdly,this dissertation combines a software development case to show the effectiveness of the risk management framework,and then we improve the four stages of the risk management process in the actual situation.
