With the rapid development of our country’s economy and the surge in car ownership,urban parking problems are deteriorating. As the effective measures to solve urban parkingproblems,stereo garage more and more gets the favor of people.The automatic stereo garage isattracting the attention of both at home and abroad with its advantages of convenientoperation,safety and reliability,efficient and low consumption.However the core controltechnologies such as garage communications network and motor control technology arelong-term behind the developed countries, needs to be improved.So this paper research anddesign the key techniques of its control system based on the automatic stereo garage as theresearch object.Control system is the core component of the automatic stereo garage.The networkcommunication and motor control are beyond the garage control system key technologies.Communication network is the garage’s nerve,so excellent communication network and thecommunication protocol can significantly improve the stereo garage’s efficiencycommunication and automation level.Motor is the power of the garage,so advanced motorcontrol technology can not only improve the efficiency of vehicles in and out of the garage,but also can prolong the service life of the motor using.The stereo garage communicationnetwork and the motor control’s key technology research design is the key factor ofimproving the efficiency of stereo garage access and automation level.This paper takes theformal design ideas into the development process of the communication protocol ofmonitoring layer,and takes the closed-loop control of garage motor,and uses the theory offuzzy control based on one actual condition of a project research and development ofautomatic stereo garage.The formal design can improve the real-time property of system of the agreement,effectively reduce potential errors in development process,improve the efficiency of protocoldevelopment,and promote the development of standardization of protocol.This paper designthe protocol of monitoring and communication with the finite state machine formalism.Firstlydesign the the finite state machine’s modal of the agreement of monitoring andcommunication.Based on the finite state set and finite input set, get the state transitionfunction and state transition table.Then design the communication protocols and the packetdata format.The paper choose the two-dimensional fuzzy controller system and membership function,according to the principle of fuzzy control and motor control precision requirements.Make thefuzzy rule table of the error,error rate and the output and design the motor fuzzycontroller.Simulate the fuzzy control and compare it with the traditional control method.Fuzzy closed-loop control of the motor based on PLC are small overshoot andresponse fast.It greatly improves the dynamic performance of the system.It not only reducesthe impact and jitter of inertia of the motor’s start,but also improves the car garage accessspeed. Therefore it has high practical value.Finally design the motor fuzzy controlsystem,including the allocation of the PLC I/O port,designed motor fuzzy control PLCprogram flow chart,complete its key steps in writing of the program and design the motorcontrol configuration interface.
