The competitiveness of enterprises in the 21st century has transformed from product and productivity-based competition in the market into customer requirement-based production systems competition. Rapid respond to customer requirements has become the key factor of business success. This paper has done a thorough study of rapid respond technologies for Requirements mapping and design change of customized product, mapping and converting technology for customized product customer requirements information using axiomatic based modeling, configuration variant design technology for customized product modular product family using case-based reasoning and loss estimation technology for customer requirement-driven customized product contract changes was presentedIn chapter 1, the characteristics of customized products and tridimensional parking garage was introduced; then the rapid respond technology for the Customer-Driven customized product were summarized., including customer requirements modeling and mapping, product configuration design and product design change processing technology; Finally, the full-text research background, topics, technology route, research contents and full text of the organizational structure were given.In chapter 2, customer requirements information mapping and converting technology for customized product based on axiomatic based modeling was presented. After analyzing the characteristics of customized products, customer requirements information cell was introduced into customer requirements for customized products decomposing the information using fuzzy clustering analysis, the customer requirements for multi-granularity hierarchical model was established. use axiomatic design and the of QFD integration model mapping, and customer requirement information model of mechanical parking system had established used this method.In chapter 3, configuration variant design technology for customized product modular product family using case-based reasoning was presented .In order to improve the efficiency of product configuration to rapid respond on customer requirements, used case-based reasoning modular product family configuration design technology and the introduction of multi-level progressive configuration design algorithm to map technical requirements to the product structure. And variant design to the results of configuration based on customer requirements was done. Finally visual simulation and the steel structure stress analysis systems were developed.In chapter 4, loss estimation technology for customer requirement-driven customized product contract change was presented .In accordance with the low efficiency and non-precise characteristics, constructs a loss estimation model after in a detailed analysis of the causes and content of the contract change losses, relize customized products rapid respond on contract variation loss estimation. This method was applied in the contract variation of tridimensional parking garage, and greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of statistics.Chapter 5, the system XIZIIUK-SIP has been developed to realize the rapid respond technology for the Customer-Driven customized product. it's main functions and the realization techniques are described and presented. The application and implement result of XIZIIUK-SIP system have proved that the theories and the methods have good practical value.Chapter 6, the research results of this subject were summarized, and the future research direction are expected.
