After entering the21stcentury, the amount of the civil private car per capita is increasingyear by year along with the rapid development of our nation’s economy and the improvementof the civil life expectation value. Adding the stress of our nation’s land in recent years, theproblem of the parking difficulty is all the more protruding. Although the employment of thestereo garage relieve the recent problem of the parking difficulty, the in-service stereo garageshave many problems, for example, high cost, low utilization ratio, not easy to popularize, lowsafety and so on.Combined with the stereo garage’s status in the market presently and practicalenvironment in the realistic use, the thesis provided the design conception of the low-cost andmechanical stereo garage. The whole structure frame and control system of this issue is basedon the design ideas which are low cost, low energy, simple structure and so on. On the basisof the completion of the stereo garage’s structure design based on the modular, the thesismainly does the design and the theory research that are aimed at electrical control systembased on the PLC. The thesis proposed the design method which is that one motor selectivelyprovides power to multiple vehicle-loading station according to the system controlrequirement, it will not only make the structural arrangement of the drive and transmissionmore compact so that it saves the space, but also reduce the motor’s amount greatly so that itlets the construction cost down. According to the whole stereo garage’s controllingrequirement, after the design of the basic electrical operation line, the system is added byhardware which include Siemens S7-300PLC, proximity switch, parking detection switch,Siemens inverter, absolute encoder and so on, in addition, the each hardware’s information isexchanged by the DP bus, on the basis of hardware building’s completion and then by therelevant software program’s compilation, the intelligent control of the whole stereo garage’scontrolling system will be realized. The control system includes the motor’s motion positiondetect, the closed loop control system constituted by PLC, inverter and code can realize thecar-carrying board’s moving to the setting position smoothly and accurately, the realization ofthe date and information exchange between PLC and human-computer interaction SCM andso on; Considering the safety and reliability requirement of the driving and transmissionsystem in the low-cost and mechanical stereo garage item, so the thesis do the analysis andresearch of the measure safeguarding the system’s safety and reliability according to thegeneral safety standard required by the state’s mechanical parking equipment; at last do therelated introduction of the communication and debugging between lower machine based on the PLC and other controlling part(monitoring computer and human-computer interactionSCM). The stereo garage researched by this issue has the advantages that are easy to develop,low manufacturing cost, low energy consumption and so on, which especially fits the demandof the places that are residential area, work units, the merit above will play a positive role inthe spread of the stereo garage.
