Research On The Stacking Stereo Garage With Optional Parking Spaces Based On PLC

With the reform and opening up,China's economy is developing rapidly,and our urban construction,culture and living standards have been further improved.While the scale of city is expanding constantly,the employment and permanent population are also increasing gradually.Therefore,urban roads and other infrastructure can't meet the life demands of the growing population.Due to the increasing traffic congestion in major cities across the country,the number of urban parking spaces is far from being able to meet the actual needs of the residents,resulting in serious on-road parking and occupation of public places in many areas.In order to improve our living environment and eliminate all kinds of hidden dangers caused by illegal parking,stereo garage technology has been introduced into China.The stereo garage has various types and sizes and is not limited by the surrounding environment and the size of the construction site.It can meet the needs of users at all levels.Therefore,it is of practical significance to design a stereo garage which has a stable control system and is safe and easy to operate.The stacking stereo garage with optional parking spaces based on PLC in the paper is designed,considering the current market demand,the user types and use of the site and so on various aspects factor synthetically,by means of the detachable steel structure as the integrated frame of the garage and the stacker movement as the power mechanism of the garage and Siemens STEP7-300 PLC as the control center.In addition,the industrial touch screen TP270 selected as a man-machine exchange equipment and the software Win CC flexible used to configure the touch screen,users can choose parking spaces through the touch screen.Frequency converter MM440 is selected to control motor speed regulation.Communication network of PROFIBUS-DP field bus is used for data communication which make data transmission more efficient.The structure of the stereo garage studied in this paper is reasonable,the operation performance is stable and the storage and access to vehicles is convenient.In conclusion,the stereo garage,of which the entire storage and access process has been debugged,has reliable data,can meet various needs of the market and has great practicability.
