In the latest 5 years,cars have been generally used by the public,with the rapid development of economy,especially the auto culture,People more and more depending on cars when they go out.As a result,cars become essential for us in work and living.Meanwhile,there is a phenomenon that the number of urban parking spaces are far from enough,compared to the number of the urban cars,and it's even worse in big cities.This phenomenon is becoming a problem that has been paid high attention from the society.In the daily life,the parking difficulty is teasing the public nerves almost every day.Not only in urban areas,but also in many living communities,drivers can't find parking areas for their cars,some car owners even dare not drive home,cause they can't find an unoccupied parking space.Therefore,it is essential for the study of Intelligent Automation Parking System(IAPS)?Intelligent Automation Parking System is a parking system multiple automatic equipment to actieve intelligent parking.Multi-layer parking place make it possible to park more cars facilitated.It will be more convenient for picking up and dropping off.Intelligent Automation Parking System has been parking equipment design.In this paper,the Programmable logic controller garage track control and multi-PLC settings have been discussed including.The design of garage space?gate?nulti-layer?hardware and software;The discussion of car carrier orbits?pick up top cars?plan and base layer design;The program of Programmable logic controller(car carrier?positioning and calculation are included).Intelligent Automation Parking System is arming at achieving one bottom deposit?one bottom get,if it possible,we also can book the pick up or park time.Traditional mechanical garage can make full use of the land resources,but it can't solve the problem of the parking time and the searching difficulty.Intelligent Automation Parking System can be the main way to solve the parking problem by making full use of the area,parking cars by category.Besides,based on the traditional 3D garage,intelligent removing car system has been added in IAPS.The garage elevator car is added in IAPS as well,it can reduce the cars exhaust emissions effectively(Driving on steep parking lot is easy to cause traffic accidents).It has been tested that IAPS is stable and safe after the simple physical verification.
