With the improvement of living standards,the car has gradually into the tens of thousands of households.Brought a lot of convenience to people's lives,but also lead a number of new problems to be solved.Traditional manual administration of parking need to spend a lot of manpower and wealth.Stereo garage,by contrast,can achieve the maximum use of space vehicles,can do one car garage runtime separation at the same time,not only the management convenient and more effectively ensure the safety of person and vehicles.Various types of stereo garage on the market,each has its own characteristics,but also has many disadvantages,such as high cost,poor practicability,access car time is long,etc.Therefore,research on high efficiency,economical and practical,stable operation of intelligent stereo garage has the very vital significance.Based on the characteristic of the eight stereo garage class type,aiming at various problems existing in the garage at different operating conditions and the functional requirement of the customers,through access to a large number of relevant data analysis and summary,determine a set of intelligent stereo garage control system based on PLC control design.This thesis first describes the garage steel after organization and operation principle of a simple analysis identified a garage control system overall design.Control system with SIMATIC S7-300 PLC as control core,SIMATIC MP27710 "Touch panel as the human-computer interaction equipment,using PROFIBUS-DP field bus communication network PC,PLC and touch panel.PLC CPU use PROFIBUS-DP network interface of 315-2 DP,as the input signal and output signal in the garage is numerous,choose to access ET200 M distributed I/O and digital I/O extension module SM232 convenient nodes extension of the equipment.In order to shorten the access unit vehicle operation time,joined in the elevator inverter MM440 to three asynchronous motor speed regulation and control,to speed up the conveyors.Using STEP7 hardware configuration,CPU315-2DP as the master station of the whole system,MP277 ET200 M,touch panel,and inverter as the communication from the station.Using with STERP7 and Win CC flexible write PLC program and configuration.As the two main modules of this system adopts the Siemens products,to ensure the compatibility,give full play to the performance of PLC and touch panel image intuitive reflect interface.To speed up the conveyors.This topic development of stereo garage control system has high reliability and safety,with friendly man-machine interface,reduce development costs and save all the improvement of the performance,make the control system has a certain extension.
