With the development of information technology and the popularity of network applications, modern enterprises are facing globalization, diversification, compared with the previous companies, changes and challenges of the modern enterprise is more complex and uncertain. As businesses increasingly adapt to the environment with the ability to grasp the number of information resources and the ability to process information, it made that the enterprise information construction has received more and more attention. As an important component of enterprise information systems part, human resource management information is undergoing a transformation from scratch, and had a profound impact on the development of enterprises.This paper researched by an example, Zijiang. Starting with the theory of human resource management information, and combining with the actual situation of Zijiang, I used the questionnaires and personal interviews to investigate about how to build the line with the actual human resources management information system and to improve management efficiency, and I found the existing system lacks flexibility in application functionality, the coexistence of multiple systems affect efficiency and related functions do not meet the requirements of effective management of existing information systems, which were seen as three key problems. Secondly, according to the macro level enterprises, the application needs, this paper determined the design goals and developed a viable report. Then, this paper improved existing system from the basic system functions, system design, and human resource system structure. Third, the paper elaborated the implementation of improvement programs related matters, and possible risks including cost risks, integration risks, security risks, then this paper conducted its technical, economic and management level evaluation. Finally, the author summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, and made specific policy recommendations.
