Abstract:In order to improve the insufficient, which include short trans-mission distance, large transmission error, and not convenient to extend sampling unit, of current rail wheel load detection system. Signal acqui-sition and transmission methods of rail wheel load detection system were designed in this paper. Multi-channel data acquisition and transmission system for rail wheel load detection system was designed, which was based on Ethernet and GPRS wireless transmission technology system, for rail wheel load detection system was designed.The main research work is as follows:1. According to the characteristics of rail wheel load detection sen-sor, double AD chip synchronization conversion circuit was de-signed. Single channel sampling or dual channel synchronous sampling can be implemented. Photoelectric switch hardware circuit and the correspond-ing program was designed, in order to o realize automatic start-stop sam-pling.2. The method which transmits data by Ethernet was researched and realized. Ethernet communication hardware circuit was designed, which was based on STM32F103VET6and ENC28J60. ENC28J60chip’s driv-er was written. TCP/IP protocol was realized by transplant uIP protocol stack. The program which send sampling data by TCP protocol and UDP protocol was designed. LCD liquid crystal display module was designed to realize the man-machine interaction.3. The method, which transmits data by GPRS, was researched and realized. SD card interface circuit was designed. SD card driver was writ-ten. The function, which the data in the SD card was managed by FAT file format, was realized through transplant FatFs file system. DS1302clock module was designed. The program, which lower computer log in-ternet by GPRS net, was written. The function, which lower computer communicates with upper computer on the internet, was realized. 4. Upper computer software was designed based on Lab VIEW. Up-per computer software can receive lower machine’s data through Ether-net/Internet, display and save the data automatically.Experiments show that the rail wheel load detection sensor signal acquisition and transmission system designed in this paper can increase data transmission distance, and improve the anti-interference ability ef-fectively. This system also has the advantages of small transmission error, and convenient expansion.
