Wheel Force Transducer (WFT) has important influence on the study of the whole vehicle performance. In order to improve data acquisition accuracy of the WFT, the data transmission system based on nRF2401, Bluetooth wireless technology and WIFI has been developed.The system mainly includes slave machine part and upper machine part.The major work of the slave machine part includes the design of the data acquisition and transmission module,while the work of the upper machine part is the development of a data analysis software based on the ARM platform and QT language.The main contents in this dissertation are summarized as follows:1.A data acquisition module based on C8051F021 has been designed,which intergrated wireless communication module includes nRF2401,Bluetooth,WIFLThe supporting software has been designed to realize the function of wheel force signal collection and real-time transmission.2.A data transmission module based on C8051F040 has been designed,whice intergrated wireless communication module and communicated with the acquisition module.The supporting software ensured the smooth and accurate connection between acquisiton module and the upper computer part.3.A data analysis software based on ARM and QT has been developed,which included system configuration,test operation,data display,data processing and other functions.4.The wireless transmission performance test proved WIFI tranmission has better stability and higher rate by evaluating the packet loss rate and transmission rate.The application in the actual driving test achieved the desired effect.
