In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China’s industrialautomation level, mechanical equipment used in the industrial production also getdevelopment in the direction of high speed and high precision. The working status ofthe equipment directly affects the industrial production quality and efficiency, soreal-time monitoring the working state of large mechanical equi pment is particularlyimportant. If a fault occurs, it can diagnosis early and report timely. Data acquisitionand monitoring system based on the signal acquisition module is more and moreapplied to the modern industrial production field. In view of the traditional signalacquisition module based on microcontroller and field bus existing a lot ofdeficiencies, such as not high speed and high precision signal collection,transmission distance being limited, just single signal collection type and so on. Thispaper proposes a signal acquisition system solution with STM32F407and Ethernettransmission technology as the core. This system can realize the high speed and highprecision of the analog signal acqu isition and data processing and can also collectdigital signal and other types, then transmit the processed data to the computer byEthernet to do data analysis and real-time monitoring.The thesis first introduced the research and development situation o f signalacquisition module at home and abroad, put forward an overall design scheme basedon STM32F407and Ethernet transmission technology according to the defects oftraditional signal acquisition module in our country and designed a detailed systemperformance index according to the functional requirements. In the aspect of thesystem hardware design, we used STM32F407microprocessor and high speed highprecision A/D as the signal acquisition and processing chip and used Ethernet asmain external communication interface at the same time. Then did a detaileddiscussion on each circuit module of the system including signal conditioningmodule, main control circuit module, data storage module, external communicationinterface module and power supply circuit module. In the aspect of the systemsoftware design, according to the modular and hierarchical design thinking, softwarecan be divided into three main parts including system parameters configurationmodule, signal acquisition and data processing module and Ethernet communicationmodule to do the detailed design. Finally we carried on the detailed test on hardware debugging, software debugging and the system’s whole function on thebasis of system test platform, did the test data and theoretical data cont rast,calculated relative error and analysed the cause of error at the same time.The result demonstrates that, the Ethernet interface signal acquisition modulecan realize high speed and high precision of signal acquisition and data processing.It can provide good system flexibility and working stability and can meet all kinds ofindustrial occasions monitoring requirements.
