Jiutian Company is an intensely developed high-tech enterprise of Daqing Kunlun Group.With constant increasing of similar high-tech enterprises in the same industry, as well as thegrowing information, net and knowledge orientation of global economy, the core ofmanagement has gradually gone through a transformation from the original cost controlmanagement and market development to talent management, talent development andutilization of value fine management, among which human resource management is one of thecore areas of innovation.The author joined Daqing Kunlun Group in2005, engaging in human resourcesinformation management. Working as a project manager of ERP human resourcesmanagement system implementation of Jiutian Company, the author got involved with thedesign and implementation of the system. Working in the project in person, applyinginformation gained during the graduate period, analyzing and summarizing the system designand implementation process, the author is expecting that the design will be in actualimplementation, and that it provides reference to other companies.The human resources management system of Jiutian Company is the research object.This paper scrutinizes the demand of the system, the design and implementation process of it,and its effect. First, there is a research on the status quo and problems of human resourcesmanagement system of Jiutian Company. It is found that9businesses are included in it, butthe human resource is not managed informational enough, and the current human resourcemanagement system cannot meet the actual need of human resource management. Next, todeal with this problem,8function models are designed for the managing system of thecompany, and system implementation plans like general assignment, process modification,data collection and user training are also set up. Last, through observation and interview, thereis an analysis of business integration, business supervision, and data statistics on themanagement effect of before and after the implementation of the management system. Byanalyzing the key factor, the author analyzes the successful implementation to offer somecorresponding reference value to enterprises of the same industry.
