First of all of the relevant technology are briefly outlined, and then from the feasibility, non functional and functional aspects of the analysis, on top of this, from the summary, detailed and database etc. the system was designed. In the part of system implementation, in turn from the system implementation environmentt, database and the realization of the three aspects of B/S Telecom Tianyi terminal company human resource management system based on B/S expansion, including the realization of Telecom Tianyi terminal company based human resources management system is mainly divided into employee information management module, the administrator management module, Department of information management module, attendance management module, payroll management module, the recruitment and training management module management module, etc., in order to improve the convenience of maintenance procedures, also increased the number of code reuse, improve work efficiency.Preliminary development of the system function module, the overall test load pressure, such as security, to solve problems in testing, until the system reaches the requirements development and application.
