As everyone knows, the boiler rooms of the Daqing Oilfield Limited Company’s third property company are dispersion, people just only rely on manual work to monitor the operation state of boiler room. There is no system, no index data visualization, so the repairing work is often depended on monitor’s own feelings and experiences, to control the boiler room’s work stay in normal operation. It is easy to cause the waste of fuel, but can’t improve the heating quality. Furthermore, just rely on the experience but not actual data it will be a big security risk, which is easy to cause troubles, resulting in the loss of human and material resources.With the development of technology and the times, the traditional management mode has no longer met the needs of enterprise development. The third property company urgently needs to adopt the advanced management methods, instead of the traditional management methods, in order to getting rid of old-fashioned management concept and outmoded equipments, for promoting the company’s information construction, and improving the efficiency of management and work efficiency. In order to meet the users’ these specific requirements, we designed and developed the remote heating power monitoring system.The remote heating power monitoring system is developed by the actual production need, based on the equipment applied in management system. The system function modules include: real time data display module, analysis and prediction module, the pressure diagram module, historical data query module, efficiency analysis module and alarm module. The system can collect dates from each boiler room at real time, then transfer the dates to the command center. Nowadays, instead of going to the physical location, people can easily monitor all of the boiled rooms through the system’s screen, just stay in the command center,which reduces the human cost. Users can monitor production and operation status of each boiler room timely by this system. The remote heating power monitoring system can not only reduce the waste of material resources cost, but also balance the heating system easier. At the same time, relying on this visual display system with all kinds of simple and convenient analysis of interactive query computation and data statistics module, people can obtain more comprehensive and accurate information, by analysis and prediction the boiler room’s status through this system. The system can prediction hidden dangers, then people can response and solve hidden dangers in time. Which means the improves of heating system management.The system will greatly improve the work efficiency of heating system management, and enhanced the convenience of heating system operation, which greatly saves the time of querying related data by analysis of each dot boiler room. The system opens up a new road to the development of heating system management. Which can making full use of resources, and saving costs.
