The Design And Application Of The Remote Monitoring System Based On Web

With the fast development of computer network and electronic information technology, people's traditional concept of regional boundaries has become increasingly vague. With the development of remote monitoring technology, the formerly control method of operating equipments in local place has been far from meeting people's needs.In this paper, the Web-based remote monitoring system uses the programmable logic controller as control terminal, collects and transmits the real-time data and controlling informations through Web server, makes users using Internet to achieve the remote monitoring equipment status and real-time data. This paper puts forward the system scheme combining Web technology, which has changed the traditional model, broke down regional restrictions, improved work efficiency and equipment utilization, improved people's production and life grately, and achieved the true sense of remote monitoring.At first, this paper deeply analysis the current situation and development trend of remote monitoring technology, and discourses the background, significance and content of the subject. Then it introduces the system's B/S mode architecture, programming languages such as JAVA and JSP, and development tools. It detailed designs the various functional modules of system software. Finally, this paper concentrates on introducing the design and implementation of serial communication and PLC communication programs which play an important part in Remote Monitoring, and the process of compiling PLC free communication protocol.
