The Design And Implementation Of Cigarette Inventory Management System Based On UML

The inventory management system of tobacco monopoly administration in Zhangye City has been set up to realize the goal of enterprise management for Zhang ye Citymonopoly bureau, to improve enterprise resource utilization and develop themanagement of performance. On one hand, the system is mainly to increase the abilityof analyzing and managing the market demand, to reduce the intermediate links ofcigarette circulation, and to provide a platform for inventory resources sharing. On theother one hand, this system is aimed at improving customers’ satisfaction, reducing thedelivery time, improving performance management and mediating the service concept,and finally to realize integrated management of business flow, logistics, cash flow, andinformation flow.Firstly, this paper analyzes the background and significance of cigarette inventorymanagement system project in Zhang ye City, expounds the UML, business processreengineering, service management ideas, role-based access control and relatedtechnical principles. Secondly, the paper analyzes the cigarette inventory’s inbound,outbound, raise library, stock, returns and other detailed business processes andfunctional requirements, designs the system application architecture of cigaretteinventory management system in Zhang ye City. Through UML (unified modelinglanguage) to make unified modeling of Zhang ye tobacco company’s actual productionmode, business process and basic information management, and to design Cigaretteinventory management system’s each functional module (basic informationmanagement module, inventory management module, data management module,analysis and decision management module), and the detailed design has achieved thegoal of inventory management module’s warehouse management, warehousemanagement, inventory management, inventory, maintenance (damage andmaintenance), early warning information management, inventory account management,etc.This article has make the overall architecture design and implementation of Zhangye City cigarette inventory management, and set up a trial in Zhang ye City monopolycompany, this project basically meet the business production related management, gethigher customer satisfaction, receive clear information management andresponsibilities. In the end, the project successfully achieved the combination of thebusiness flow, logistics, cash flow, information flow and docking, and completed theunification of Zhang ye City tobacco company information management.
