As a highly competitive retail industry, the intense market competition makes all of the retail industry are exploring more valuable marketing model and methods, only by price competition and scale to gain market share is no longer the ideal competition strategy, the development of the retail industry topics from scale and price to focus on customer needs and to provide customers with more personalized service,"customer value proposition and service strategy" as the core part of the retail strategy.Zhengzhou Dennis department store co., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as:Dennis department store) is an enterprise which are characterized by diversified business group. In the face of the fierce competition in the domestic and foreign retail enterprises, Zhengzhou Dennis department how to seek the breakthrough point, to maintain and occupy more market share, has become the top priority. Customer information as an important resource of enterprise, has an important value for the enterprise, but how to manage and maintain good customer information is the most current enterprise are not a good solution.
