Based on China's economic growth in recent years, the competition between the industries has continued to intensify. Financial industry competition is more intense, in the financial industry, the customer is God; the customer is money; the customer is the source of funds. Good customer service has become one of the objectives of the financial industry.This thesis studies and analyzes the individual customer marketing management system of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in Taizhou. First of all, this paper analyzes the original business process of the individual customer marketing management system of Taizhou ICBC, points out the shortcomings existing in the original business process, and gives the demand analysis of ICBC individual customer marketing management system, Business Process Re-engineering. Secondly, the function analysis of the original system is carried out, which includes role analysis, use case analysis and package graph analysis. At last, this paper uses UML technology to analyze the individual customer marketing management system of ICBC in Taizhou, and gives the relationship between database table and entity class.This thesis analyzes the individual customer marketing management system of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in Taizhou City, and gives the relevant optimization scheme, which can increase the function of the system architecture, increase the stability of the system and improve the efficiency of the staff, as well as other banking systems. A reference model.
