With the rapid development of China's economy,the pressure of competition in all walks of life has been increasing.In order to attract more customers,banks need to keep marketing to customers and launch a marketing campaign that makes customers happy,so as to improve the number of customers.At present,in the process of customer marketing,there are problems of incomplete customer information and low marketing efficiency in the process of customer marketing.In order to solve these problems,this paper designs and develops a bank customer marketing management system,which not only manages basic data of bank marketing,but also provides management functions of marketing business.At the same time,the system improves the success rate of the bank's customer marketing and enables banks to provide better services for customers.This paper first introduces the current situation of customer marketing and the significance of the research,and analyzes and compares the marketing management at home and abroad.Then,this paper introduces the requirements of the system and analyzes the requirements.In this paper,the technology and tools used in the development of the system are introduced,and the functions of the system are introduced.In order to ensure the security and stability of the system,this paper introduces the network topology and the system architecture.The system is composed of six functional modules,which can manage customer,product,marketing and transaction information.The marketing management module of the system is the core module of the system,which can formulate marketing plan,plan marketing activities,manage marketing opportunities and analyze marketing performance.In the management of marketing opportunities,the system can select the target customers and follow up the marketing opportunities.Besides the function design of the system,this paper also introduces the database design of the system.This paper uses E-R to define the relationship between the main business entities and the different entities of the system,and gives the structure of the main table.Finally,the development and testing of the system are completed,and the realization process and realization method of the main functions are given.Through the use of the system,we can improve the level of bank customer marketing,simplify the work complexity of marketing,improve the success rate of marketing,and ultimately improve the competitiveness of banks.
