With the rapid economy development of our country, increasingly fierce competition exist between financial institutions. For rural credit cooperatives in Shandong Province, current financial situation is both an opportunity and a challenge. According to people’s consumption level and economic situation, Shandong rural credit cooperatives have designed a lot of products to meet the needs of people. Under the fierce competition, how to ensure the stability of rural credit cooperatives become an important factor on maintain their competitive advantage. So how to improve the management level and efficiency of customer marketing has become an important subject. So Shandong rural credit cooperatives want to develop an efficient customer marketing management system, to improve the management level and efficiency of customer marketing, ensure the rural credit cooperatives to maintain adequate competitiveness in the fierce competition.The main technical framework of the customer marketing management system of rural credit cooperatives in Shandong Province is Multi-tier architecture to meet the SSH framework and MVC design pattern, The technical architecture of the system can be divided into three layers:control layer supports by Struts framework, service layer supports by Struts framework and physical layer realized by Hibernate framework, The system is based on B/S mode also is browser/server mode, user work on it through the system browser. Interaction with the system server also through the browser to achieve. In addition, entire system running on the application server through middleware technology to support, in the process of the system design and development, mainly use of Java language and combined with the development of JSP Technology for Web applications development, Using object-oriented analysis and design method and UML modeling language, the database of the system uses Server Sql 2014.The main functions of customer marketing management system of Shandong rural credit cooperatives are:Marketing activity management, Business opportunity management, Customer visit management, product market management and Feature product management of five major functions. in Marketing activity management include Inquiry, creation, modification and deletion for marketing activities, My marketing activity, Marketing activity approval and feedback; Business opportunities management includes business opportunities pool management and my business opportunities; Customer visit management includes Customer visit report and purchase intention registration; Marketing product management includes marketing product inquiry, product settings and selling well product settings; feature product management includes feature product create, delete, modify, query and feature product transaction ledger.The use of the customer marketing management system of rural credit cooperatives in Shandong Province is convenience for customer marketing information management of rural credit cooperatives, to a certain degree promote the quality and efficiency of customer marketing, improve the process of customer service, and to ensure the competitiveness of Shandong rural credit cooperatives in the market.
