With the development of computer technology and improving environmentalawareness, industrial monitoring has been widely applied to many fields, such as gasmonitoring, coal mining, oil exploration, sewage treatment and so on. Because thetraditional industrial monitoring has certain limitations, there is an urgent need toachieve industrial monitoring remote access. Web-based remote monitoring systemusing modern Internet technology promoted industrial and environmental informationmanagement modernization.Web-based remote monitoring system has become a hot topic of research inrecent years. It ’s a big advantage that is the ability to achieve real-time remotemonitoring terminal, remote terminal data sharing across the network, and promotethe automation of industrial production of the country and modern management ofindustrial control. This system is the remote monitoring system transplanted to thefield of environmental protection, modern technology in the field of environmentalprotection.Aiming at the environmental protection department of wastewater sewagecompanies,emissions regulatory difficulties and statistical treatment of sewagepolluting industries is difficult to produce the cost issue, this paper analyzed thepresent situation of the development of traditional industrial monitoring and remotemonitoring systems,and elaborated a Web-based environmental design andimplementation of remote monitoring systems.The system used mixed-modetechnology of B/S structure-based, C/S structure-assisted design and JAVA Web’sMVC framework using JfreeChart technical charting, and used MFC to importthird-party data.The system includes basic information, daily reports, monthly reports, sewagepermits,emissions management,waste management and other functionalmodules.sewage companies achieve real-time data collection job shop, business-tosewage,waste gas data, statistics, and the formation of Day reports,monthly statements and annual reports, and ultimately save the relevant data to the function Web database.Business users and environmental protection departments users can access relevantdata, the long-term preservation of data, to facilitate the enterprise’s own informationmanagement and supervision of the EPA modern enterprise. This system meets theneeds of the environmental protection department of supervision of pollutingindustries and sewage companies for their own industrial emissions informationmanagement.The system has been running online more than three months in goodcondition.
