Remote Monitoring Recorder Of Environmental Protection Equipment

With the rapid growth of the national economy, the environmental issues have become the focus of the society concerned. China is the largest developing country of the world both in economy and society, the issues of the environmental pollution and protection are especially important, so the construction of a harmonious society which environment and human could develop in coordination has become the theme of the development of society today. Through the research of treatment device and monitoring system of Sources of pollution, improving the accuracy,real-time,stability for the data terminal operation monitoring of the on-line monitoring system, for the purpose of Strengthening monitoring of the key pollute enterprises, promoting the effective run of environmental protection equipment of the polluted enterprises, we control the polluted sources of enterprises, and reduce their man-made pollution. Through promoting the development of environmental monitoring business, we save a lot of human resources for environmental protection and law enforcement departments, improve its efficiency in regulation and law enforcement, reduce man-made pollution of the enterprise, which lay an important foundation for the sustainable development of the economy and have important strategic significance.This article introduced the design principles of the recorder which based on the core of sensor,embedded systems and GPRS wireless communication transmission technology,relied on Internet network communications, and on-line monitoring for the operation of environmental protection equipment; and described in detail on design implementation of remote monitoring centers and regulatory analysis software. It particularly elaborated the working principle of long-range environmental protection equipment around the clock on-line monitoring system, modular and reliable design idea of embedded hardware circuits.The terminal of environmental protection equipment Monitor Recorder which located in different geographical location accessed to Internet by means of GPRS module, and carry out remote data transmission, with the regulatory control centers, not only is responsible for monitoring the environmental protection equipment condition, but also as a remote terminal set up for the transmission of data, TCP / IP connection, through the GPRS Modem Internet access and monitoring center.This paper introduced data interface,transfer protocol and its implementation in details. Recorder not only could receive and process orders from the monitoring center, but also could send the state data of environmental protection equipment, to achieve the purposes of intelligent on-line control. The research results are widely applicable in remote monitoring,control and decision of the industry which include environmental,petrochemical,electric power,iron and steel,hydrology,urban utilities .
