Currently most of the mobile communication operators base station’s power supply are generally dominated by power, batteries for backup power supply, due to limited battery capacity is always maintaining time is limited, when AC long power failure, if you do not replenish the new power, would lead to the battery, causing radio communication equipment, resulting in loss of communication.Remote mountain base station up the Hill once very difficult, to play the role of diesel generator to maximum benefit, it is necessary to meet the power supply at the same time, reduce the running time of oil, reduce fuel consumption on the one hand, on the other hand reducing the running time of oil, thus prolonging the oil filling and oil maintenance cycle.This research direction is reflected in two aspects, one is how to implement effective control of diesel generator on-site, reducing the running time of oil, on the other hand how on-site diesel generators for remote monitoring, no increase in investment case reducing the running time of oil.This thesis on diesel generator control theories at home and abroad to fully research, technology, experience, combine the use of mobile diesel generators in our province, and developed a new intelligent controller for oil, increased on-site battery voltage, temperature monitoring and field-oil control based on its measurement process, to achieve effective extension of the overall purpose of the maintenance cycle of oil. Using our province has built power environmental monitoring system, through the ring system of standard c interfaces, for all of the base station site fixed remote monitoring and control of diesel generator, and then through the battery voltage, temperature monitoring base station, based on their measurements timely control of diesel generator starts, switching, to achieve the goal of reducing oil machine run time. At the same time using ring monitoring technology to solve the unattended cases of normal power, maintenance, replenishment and other problems.
