With the advancement of science and technology,the technology of various disciplines has gradually merged,and the remote monitoring technology has become more and more mature,and the requirements for remote monitoring systems are getting higher and higher.In this paper,there are many problems,difficult online monitoring,weak data processing capability and poor system scalability,in the sewage treatment ozone generator system.Based on Alibaba Cloud server,an industrial remote online monitoring system is constructed,and a server redundant hot standby mechanism is designed to deal with server failure.The data alarm is implemented to perform alarm processing on the field sensor data.This paper introduces the research background of remote environmental protection online monitoring system,the research status at domestic and abroad,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current remote monitoring system architecture.Based on the B/S architecture,a remote architecture system based on cloud server is designed.The data of the field sensor equipment is collected by using the Modbus protocol,and the real-time communication data transmission scheme of the TCP protocol socket is designed.The real-time storage of the field data by the database is realized in the Alibaba Cloud server,and the industrial process dynamic interface and the DataV data visualization platform are completed in the system terminal.The actual test proves that the remote online monitoring system is in good condition.In this paper,some researches on the reliability of the system are also carried out,and the server redundancy hot standby system scheme is designed,which greatly improves the system reliability.Through in-depth analysis of the field data,the BP neural network model is trained using the ozone generator historical data and the error data is alarmed by using the prediction data,and the stability of the control system is improved.Finally,Matlab is used to test the data alarm scheme,and the verification processing results meet the design requirements.
