Design And Implementation Of Postgraduate Re-examinations System Based On Integration Mode

Postgraduate re-examinations is the key procedure in the nation entrance examination forpostgraduate (NEEP). It includes written examination, practical ability assessment, andinterview and so on, which is a method of further assessment on the professionalism andcomprehensive capabilities of one student. In recent years, under the ministry of education’sadvocation and university’s positive response, postgraduate re-examinations is valued andstrengthened. Currently, the proration of preliminary and retest grade is widely used inadmission units as the final results of a student and the proportion of retest result is graduallyincreasing. This puts forward new demand for information in the process of retest.According to the survey of about60postgraduate admission units which lays emphasizeon existing management and demand of re-examination in the university in Shandon Province,I design and implement postgraduate re-examination system based on integration model.Besides, this integrates degrees existing and postgraduate educational managementinformation and tutor selection system. The main research work of this paper includes tasks asfollows:(1) By using the MVC architectural model of SSH integrated framework developmentmodel, this system achieves the separation of business logic layer and persistence layer. Thismakes this system have a better stability, scalability and reusability, which will be helpful forfuture upgrades and maintenance.(2) According to the survey of current postgraduate educational management system, theresearch of postgraduate re-examination system based on integration model solves theproblem of university information application system construction’s information silos andmaintains data consistency. The system uses mode of Web Service Interface service tointegrate degrees existing and postgraduate educational management information and tutorselection system. This system makes different kind of postgraduate data information shareeffectively and also provides a flexible data import and export functions based on excelformat, improving the availability of data.(3) I make a detailed design for postgraduate re-examination. The function of postgraduate re-examination mainly includes six core modules which are basic service management,preliminary grades inquiry, retest adjustment management, retest process management, dualelection management and training project management. The dual election and training projectmanagement provide support for degrees existing and postgraduate educational managementinformation system. Besides, I investigate and design the management of user’s roles,realizing flexible switch in single-user but multiple-role.Based on integration model, postgraduate re-examination system implemented on theinformational and Process management for re-examination work, and put forward a bettersolution in the same business system data redundancy.
