Distributed computing technology usually refers developing, allocating,managing and maintaining distributed application systems on computer network, whose main aim is resource sharing and cooperation. Distributed Object technology is the combination of object oriented technology and distributed computing technology. It develops accompaning with the network and is also the important field of the current technology research. In the kind of softwore architecture,all functions of an application can be realized by the numerous services offered by many distributed objects. At present, there are two more mature distributed technologies: CORBA and JAVA RMI. Each has respective characteristics. If they can be integrated and the advantages can be developed, it will be very important for the enhancement and improvetion in the capability of CORBA Object and RMI Object Cooperation. The paper studies the integration of two distributed technologies: CORBA and JAVA RMI deeply. The main contents are as follows: Firstly, System architecture, work principle, and respective characteristics of CORBA and RMI technology are discussed. And then, we discuss similarities and differences of them in Architecture and programme mode. Secondly, the paper studies architecture, realization methods and some flaws of RMI-IIOP model deeply, and put forwards a new improvement model on base of old model which not only has resolved some problems of old model, but also has improved the performance of communication in different distributed objects and has resolved some problems of two distributed technologies to a large extent, and put forwards communication architecture program architecture. Thirdly, the paper put forwords co-operation frame of CORBA and JAVA RMI technology integration on base of RMI-IIOP improvement model, And validates the feasibility of the frame by a instance. At last, advantages and flaws are obtained from COEBA,RMI and integration of them by performance test compartion. Above all, a new RMI-IIOP improvement model is proposed. On base of which, a co-operation frame of CORBA and JAVA RMI technology integration is put forword. And the paper analyses advantages and flaws by the applications of CORBA,RMI and integration of the two technologies.
