The Design And Implementation Of Postgraduate Education Management System

With the increasing number of graduate enrollment and the diversification trend of graduate selection mechanism and training philosophy,graduate education mode in demand,selection cardinality,and objective complexity have emerged relatively clear upward trend.Therefore,the existing information system cannot meet the needs of future development of graduate students.The objective demands motivate us to improve the graduate management business by introducing a full range of information management tools,enhance the quality of its management,and promote humane scientific decision-making,in order to timely meet the new demands and trends.Recently,the universities in our country have begun to implement and promote the information construction,especially in terms of postgraduate education.However,with the continuous expansion of postgraduate enrollment and the diversified development of cultivation mode,the existing information system cannot meet the postgraduate cultivating and teaching management.Therefore,how to use information technology to improve the management level of postgraduate students has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current stage of university information construction.The graduate education management system mainly implements the whole process management of graduate students in different graduate education stages,that is,all the business processes from enrollment,admission to graduation and leaving school.This system is the graduate student educational administration system platform,mainly realizes the training management,the degree management and the database design and so on.The thesis focuses on the design and development process of graduate educational administration information system,which includes admission management,training management,degree management,leaving school management and academic management module.Among them,the thesis analyzes the functional requirements of training management and degree management module,the system structure using UML modeling,functional structure of the two modules of the design,and introduces some practical examples of module test.Finally,the thesis summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the system,and looks forward to the future optimization of the system.The system adopted object-oriented development method and the SSH framework to implement the MVC design pattern;the background exploitation of which used Java language and the foreground interface was based on the exploitation of Extjs.Thissystem was able to integrate and manage the businesses of the postgraduate enrollment,cultivation,degree,graduation and so on.Moreover,it provided service to students and teachers and carried out various professional work depending on the different roles and permissions which achieved the whole process tracking service from admission to graduation,so as to ensure the quality of postgraduate training and promote the management of postgraduate student standardization and scientific.
