On the basis of the careful investigation and well understand to common Universities' postgraduate training mode and training process, the author make a comprehensive analysis of the system in accordance with the needs, and then gives out the graduate education process management system model based on JBPM.2. Add relational tables to the existing database for the academic system and perfect the database.3. Extend the JBPM'interface and implement operations in line with people's habits such as get-back, charge one's affairs and joint approval.4. The use of open source workflow engine to integrate graduate management system, improve the efficiency of graduate training.Finally, the author analyzes and summarizes the application prospects of the system, indicates that using the system can significantly improve the management work efficiency in the management of postgraduate training, at the same time, it's greatly clear and convenient for letting the graduate students know what materials are required in various stages, so that they know clearly about themselves in various stages of performance. In addition, the authors also pointed out that the current system shortcomings, and pointed out future directions for improvement.
