Postgraduate education in our country’s universities,espacially in the most localuniversities,started to develop just in recent years. The management mode andmethod have strong school-specific characteristics, which is unable to form a commonpattern. Many of them still use manual or semi-mamual methods to achieve the aim ofstudent training and management. However, in the year of2012, the national graduatestudents up to1719800, and in2013, expected enrollment of students reached a record608000. With the spurt expansion of graduate quantity, the traditional managementmothod has been unable to meet the practical needs of the management, which putsforward a eager need of efficient information management system which complieswith school specific demand to enhance the management efficiency and accuracy,which improves the management level and makes it more better.The PostGraduate Teaching and Training Management System is designed anddeveloped for regulating the teaching and training process of postgraduate students inColleges and Universities, improving the teaching management efficiency,reducingthe existing problems and loopholes,which thus enhance the overall level ofpostgraduate management. According to the postgraduate education developmentstatus and management needs, relying on the computer and communicationtechnologies, the system realized the general management functions in postgraduatetraining process, including training scheme formulation, student individual trainingplan generation,audit,modification and execution,registration information importand management,course results import and query,notice managermeng,basicinformation maintainance,and authorization management in plus with other extendingmodules which specific to certain colleges matching to its own managementcharacteristics. The system is based on Java EE platform,following the ideas ofdesign pattens such as Open-Closed Principle (OCP), Dependence Inversion Principle(DIP) and Liskov Substitution Principle (LSP). The system comprehensively utilizesStruts2,Spring3,Hibernate4,Sitemesh framework to achieve the aim of extensionableand maintaincable, uses Web2.0、CSS、AJAX、Javascript、JQuery techniques toaccomplish dynamic interface of friendly, operation-simple, with storng functions.Meanwhile, the system applies ORM technology and hibernate framework to access the pasistent data in object orient mode, which reduce the cost and error to write SQLstatements.To effectively and efficiently adapt the mutability of business environment, inthe system development process, Extension priority is insisted. In particular, generictypes and reflection technologies is used to encapsulate the business object diversityand a common data access method is realized to easily manipulate all kinds of objectsand data migration. In addition, to meet the requirements, regulation/constraintcustomerization is accomplished to generate business data automatically and detectionof business data relevance and validation, which can enhance the automation andintelligence level of the system, help manager to handle and check the consistence ofdifferent kinds of data, prompt the association errors. In a word, the use of the systemimproves the efficenceness and accuracy of management, enhance the postgraduateeducational administration management level.
