The Research And Implementation On Vegetable Quality And Safety Traceability System Based On Supply Chain

Quality and safety of vegetables is not only the hot topic which people cared about, but also the government’s focus in China as a vast agricultural country. Quality and safety problems of vegetables are mainly the lack of market integrity. Consumers can’t distinguish what are healthy foods. Supply chain link is scattered and products don’t have logo. Problems are hard to be investigated for responsibility. Setting up a traceability system covering the whole supply chain is a task of top priority to improve the quality and safety of vegetables and the efficiency of agriculture products processing.In this paper, the supply chain mode of planting base, production and processing enterprises and logistics were deeply studied combining with the characteristics of Lai Wu and the investigation of enterprises. Analyzing the problems of each link of the supply chain such as safety critical control points, traceability encoding scheme and information reliable delivery, this paper proposes vegetable supply chain traceability model and constructs the whole process traceability system from planting to processing and transport to sales using internet of things technology, web site development technology and database technology. The functions of the government and the upstream and downstream enterprises were fully considered in the construction of the traceability system. The traceability were into the enterprise management. The product source and flow can be traced back. It provides an effective regulation for vegetable safety production and consumers inquiry easily at the same time. Specific research contents and results are as follows:(1) Research on traceability content of vegetables quality and safety based on supply chainDeep research about safety production has been done in each link of the vegetable supply chain. Combined with the related standard, we analyze the key traceability indicators and determine the granularity, key control points and relevant information of all aspects of traceability.(2) Research on traceability model of vegetable supply chainWith studying of existing identification system, we identify the main aspects of traceability coding. From the whole process of the supply chain and the vegetable production and processing process perspective, we analyze the domestic existing vegetable traceability system, research is mainly focused on the information sharing and reliable delivery of related enterprises in each link of the supply chain. Vegetable supply chain traceability model is put forward combining to the principle of connected graph. Ensuring each related enterprise establishes unimpeded information flow. The validity and authenticity of traceability information are improved.(3) Research on vegetables quality and safety traceability system based on supply chainAccording to the needs of enterprises, we design data table and data relation at every stage, improve the validity and authenticity of the traceability information, complete the summary design and detailed design of the whole traceability system combining to the key control points of the traceability and the vegetable supply chain traceability model and build the vegetables quality and safety traceability system based on the supply chain using S2SH, jQuery, Android, IOT, MySQL and Tomcat. The system consists of fourteen modules:system management, base management, plantation management, lab management, cellar management, cold storage management, pickled pool management, materials management, fresh products management, dehydrated products management, pickled products management, logistics management, trace management and government regulation and provides services to upstream and downstream firms of the supply chain, governments and consumers.
