The Explore And Implementation Of Food Safety Traceability System

Food safety is a global social problem,related to the interests of each person,the poor quality food direct threat to the health of consumers.In recent years,consumers are worried about food safety.This fully shows that the lack of market safety testing methods and quality control measures.We need more measures to ensure food safety.Developed countries used advanced information technology and perfect network infrastructure,has established from the source to the consumer table of food security of the whole process tracking.At the same time,the government established a series of food traceability system through the combination of information technology and legislation.The research on food traceability system in China began in 2002.This paper studies the project "food safety traceability system to explore and implement" using J2 EE technology combined with Ecafe platform to build food safety electronic traceability system in Guangdong province.According to the problem of tracing back of food safety,the paper use Petri-net analyses food safety business chain each link of management process,to tease out the food production and circulation traceability information chain,realize unified management of data on all aspects of information,to provide the basic data for food traceability.The related work includes to establish food traceability unified platform,for different segments of the small and medium-sized enterprise food traceability information acquisition system to solve small and medium-sized enterprises of food traceability information has always been a problem of information management system.The move is very important and significant impact on the formation of the domestic food traceability system.Food safety traceability system to achieve a unified food business platform to provide raw materials management,production management,product traceability,notification warning,product recall and other functions.And achieve a unified platform for the public to have a trace of inquiries,to report complaints,the purchase of registration and other functions.Food safety traceability electronic ledger system can provide basic support for the supervision department.
