Research On The Key Technology Of Food Traceability System

Food is the basic material to guarantee the existence of human, but in recent years, the problem of food safety happens frequently, it has serious impact on our lives and has caused a wide social attention, therefore, in order to ensure the quality of food and meet the consumer right to know of the information druing the process of food production and circulation, various countries and companies has to build the food traceability system one after another. At present, it has been one of the effective methods of the supervision of food safety by building a food traceability system from the raw material to the table. The process of food circulation is complicated. It involves planting and breeding, production and processing, transportation, sales and other links. The traditional ways like seal or signature can not providethe information of food traceability effectively, in order to achieve the information tracking of the whole processing of food production and circulation,interconnecting the data of each links, the food traceability system based on bar code technology arised at the historic moment.This paper analyses the development situation of food traceability system of domestic and overseas, through analyzingfrom two aspects, both the process of food traceability and staff involved in the food traceability respectively, this paper designed a food traceality system by using the QR code as the information carrier, the Android APP as scanning software.The content of QR code is the corresponding website of food traceability system and the unique ID. The Android APP uploads the information of specific operations during the food process by scanning the QR code, like out-put and in-put of warehouse scanning, loading and unloading scanning, etc.This paper mainly complete the creation of QR code, the establishment of the database, the design of client side, the design of server side and the design of the android APP. Thesystem includes the information of foodproduction,processing, storage, transportation, etc. The system process the information of each link andrealizes the different demands for traceability informationof administrator, enterprise employees,consumers and other different people. Finally, this paper tests the food traceability system and shows the results by screenshots.The food traceability system designed in this paper presents more data by using the QR code as the carrier and in the form of dynamic web pages. Consumers can use smartphone to get the traceability information by scanning the QR code. By testing, the system runs stably, the reaction is rapid and the equipment is simple. The implementation of the system has certain practical value and significance on the ensurance of food safety and promotion of food traceability system.
