| As an important source of vitamins and minerals for humans,fruits and vegetables provide a large amount of nutrients for humans.However,in recent years,incidents such as excessive pesticide residues,excessive use of food additives,illegal use of chemicals,and substandard production environments have frequently occurred,seriously endangering the health and safety of consumers and the trust of the public.Supply chain traceability technology is the primary solution to ensure commodity quality.Due to the characteristics of blockchain technology such as decentralization,tamperability,programmability,security,and credibility,the introduction of blockchain technology into the fruit and vegetable supply chain traceability system effectively solves the problems of traditional traceability systems such as opaque supply chain data,easy information tampering,low regulatory efficiency,and insufficient credibility.However,existing fruit and vegetable supply chain traceability systems based on blockchain have problems such as insufficient depth of traceability information,insufficient relevance of traceability data,and low query efficiency.In response to the above issues,this paper proposes a graph blockchain model,and on this basis,designs and verifies a deep traceability system for the fruit and vegetable supply chain.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Build a graph blockchain model for deep traceability of fruit and vegetable supply chains.A graph blockchain model is proposed to address the problems of traceability in the fruit and vegetable supply chain.Firstly,graph theory is used to improve the block data structure of traditional blockchain,changing the storage structure of sequential tables in the traditional blockchain structure into a graph structure that facilitates deep traceability information storage;Then,a graph blockchain mapping model is designed,through which the mapping relationship between physical block data and graph blockchain models is established.According to the logical structure of the fruit and vegetable supply chain process,a graph blockchain data architecture is established,and smart contracts for data storage,query,and permission management are designed and written;Finally,a graph blockchain model was developed based on the Baidu super chain platform,and performance comparison experiments were conducted with traditional blockchains.The results show that graph blockchain can realize the deep traceability of fruit and vegetable supply chain,and also greatly improve the efficiency of data query.(2)Design a deep traceability system for the fruit and vegetable supply chain.Based on the above model,firstly,the requirements of users of the traceability system are analyzed;Then,a traceability system architecture including application layer,access layer,node network layer,contract layer,consensus layer,and data layer is designed,and the basic functions of the traceability system are designed in a modular manner;Finally,the database of the traceability system is designed,and the interface between the blockchain network and the client information is designed.(3)Establish a deep traceability system for the fruit and vegetable supply chain.With the Sunshine Rose supply chain as the application object,a graph blockchain network has been built,and smart contracts for tracking data storage,query,and permission management have been deployed.On this basis,various functional modules of the traceability system are developed and implemented,and the feasibility of the traceability system is verified through the uplink and query of traceability information in the Sunshine Rose supply chain.This paper verifies the graph blockchain model for deep traceability of fruit and vegetable supply chain,and the results show that the model can effectively solve the problems existing in the fruit and vegetable supply chain blockchain model,such as insufficient depth of traceability information,insufficient relevance of traceability data,and low query efficiency.It provides new methods and ideas for realizing the storage and rapid query of traceability information in the fruit and vegetable supply chain based on blockchain,and can promote the healthy development of the fruit and vegetable industry. |
