Wireless sensor network (WSN) is a kind of new technology, the technology plays a criticalrole in the daily application. Holding its own characters, WSN has an optimistic promising inshort-distance communication and net construction. ZigBee, as one branch of WSN, also holdsthe advantages of short-distance, low-consumption and low-rate, thus applying in where there islimited power or dynamic places. In the construction of the net, the routing differs with thespecific routing paths, so there is also something about the efficency of communication.It ismeaningful to optimize the routing algorithm to construct a more efficient andlower-consumption link.The proposal elaborates on the developing process of WSN, and analyzes on theconstruction and function of ZigBee, then comes up with a newer way to construct the routingpaths, which is based on linear and non-linear mode, in the mode the data can be transmitted andreceived efficiently. Common data communication usually meets the aim of merecommunication of the data packets, which means the nodes often needs to perform the functionof data transmission. While WSN is different, which is centered on the nodes, in the transmissionthe technology focuses on getting the most precise data communication link. WSN alsosimplifies the non-necessary function, conducting the data communication with the help ofapplication layer. The paper elaborates on the method to optimize the algorithm of routingrequest, constructing dual algorithms of communication links between the nodes, judging thedepth distance and perform the cluster and AODV alternatively to communicate with other nodes.The paper has testified the results, showing that it has shortened the time delay between thenodes, lowered the energy consumption and enhanced the efficency.
