In recent years, with social and traffic flying development、the number of highway bridgeincreasing, more and more bridge inspection vehicle are needed, the bridge inspection vehiclehas already become a main development object of each factory.This paper describes the development trend of Bridge inspection vehicle, as well as thedevelopment of field bus technology, uses the CAN bus distributed control system, developsmultiactuator electrohydraulic control system of Bridge inspection vehicle and the debuggingsoftware. The main research contents of the study are as follows:①Based on control system of Bridge inspection vehicle and CAN-bus network topologyis established.②On the basis of requirements analysis about the bridge inspection check-out carcontrol system, we can give the method of hardware selection through study about hardwareof the control system. we can give the method of software design through study aboutsoftware of the control system.③Based on the efficiency of the control system debugging and fault repair, we candevelope the bridge check-out car debugging software.④We do the functional testing and performance testing of the debugging software andcontrol system.The experiment proved that the design of debugging software and controle isreasonable. It can meet the functional requirements and performance requirements.
