Transport is a leader in the overall national economy as a basic industy. National high-speed road and bridge network as basic transport infrastructure, significantly known by its strong ability to stand traffic, higher throughput of vehicles, become an important element to affect the restructuring of modern industrial. As the country's basic industry, high-speed road and bridge system cost by national capital investment need to maintenance through the aceess fees, Nowdays, the domestic high-speed road and bridge network basicly adapt to the semi-automatic way, thourgh staff determining vehicle fees, sending permits cards, recycling permits cards, charging fees and releasing vehicles. In the course of existing processes, for human factors involved, vehicle checkpoints, confused steep route, it increase the difficulty of inspection fees.Shandong high-speed group proposes a strategy of intelligent transportation system. Relying on in this goal strategy the toll station of Yellow River bridge developes a set of checking system against fled fee vehicles according to its own characteristics. The use of this system can effectively prevent artificial factor and solve difficult problems such as models judgement and the inspection of vehicles breaking checkpoints. Some work of assembling project implementation plan is proceeded to solve the problem of poor communication which may lead to information silos, lack of a unified platform and applications, and the result that the application flow, business flow, management flow and communication system can not integrate. According to the strategic objective, IT planning highly consistent with the business development is customized to boost business growth while achieving the perfect integration of IT and business.The Yellow River Bridge Vehicle inspection system uses advanced RUP iterative development model. The requirements analysis and system design are completed in the early stages of the project, which lays a solid foundation for the system development work, unifies development norms and standards for hardware and software, and ensures the quality and performance of the system. The project is based on Visual Studio.NET 2010 platform, adopts B/S structure according to the system demand characteristic, identifies the relations of user management, resource management, rights management and business management, and implements functions such as login, authentication, unified interface, user management, organizational management, charge management, vehicle information management and vehicle inspection management. At the same time, giving full consideration to the hardware platform requirements in the system platform implementation process, the system provides a complete and security hardware implementation architecture. And besides, there establishs and improves data storage and backup center to store the vehicle history data for the national security department's information gathering work.In summary, the vehicle inspection system of Yellow River Bridge is well designed and developed based on the analysis of human-computer interaction requirements and specific business needs. The system promotes the development and application of high-speed road and bridge fee system, and motivates the implementation and development of the strategy of intelligent transportation.
