Along with the development of the economy, bridges become more and moreimportant for the increasing requirements to traffic network. Sharp increasing trafficvolume, the deteriorating external environment, the impact of natural disasters, thequality control of the construction project and many other factors caused a significantimpact in bridge operating and lifespan. Though the number of bridge is increasing,health monitoring and maintenance management haven’t been synchronized valued.In this thesis, analyzed the research status of domestic and foreign assessmentof the bridge maintenance and management system, and generally discusseddifferent structure characteristics in the bridge group, and difference in bridgeevaluation and maintenance. According to practical situation, discussed how to useentropy weight method to improve the standard evaluation method.To solve theproblem in standard evaluation method that the weight of factors in it issubjective,and the minor parts’ serious damage can’t be reflected in the assessmentresults,Use entropy weight method to adjust the weights base on different situationsto make the assessment results more reasonable.This thesis explores the actual project sites, made full investigation to the projectprinciples and got their real demands to system. By in-depth analysis to the feasibilityand effectiveness of the system, designed the overall structure of the system. Thissystem is designed with6function modules: bridge basic data management,inspection maintenance management, statistical query management, direction signmanagement, report forms management and system management, to comprehensivelyand timely assess maintenance and management of bridges in domain. In eachmodule, bridge types in bridge group are considered, different handles to differentbridges are made. By combining Android mobile device-side inspects recordingsystem into the inspection and maintenance management module, transferring thecollected data to computer terminal by JSON file, inspection process turned frompaper to electron, which not only reduced the workload of bridge management staff,but also improved the accuracy of bridge assessment results.
