With the fast-speed development of information technology, people need a faster and more convenientway to get the information and services. Neither the mobile communication network nor the internet canmeet requirement alone, which makes their combination become a trend. The fourth generation mobilecommunication technology has greatly enhanced the network bandwidth and the diversification of terminalequipment function, which strongly supports the development of mobile internet services.Ignoring the constraints of time, space and location, the remote experiment control platform can makefull use of the existing equipment and resource to provide users a more convenient way of learning, whichbrings a good development prospects for teaching and scientific research,especially remote education.The remote monitoring and control experiment system is applied in intelligent instrument, which can savelaboratory resources efficiently and meet the needs of users participate the experiment in different time andspace. In the experiment, the measurement data can be obtained in real time and be observed remotely,which realizes the authenticity of remote operations. In recent years, with the rapid development of mobileinternet technology, remote control software for mobile phones are widely used, especially with thepopularity of smart phones and tablet PCs, which attracts great attention and brings remote control industryinto a new era.For the purpose of cross-platform and cross-browser, considering the generality as primary designfactors, this paper makes the local Digital Pre-Distortion platform be operated remotely and transplants theremote desktop operation to the mobile terminal, which realizes mobile connection of intelligent instrument.Combining Rich Internet Application technologies Flex, Java technology, open source streaming mediaserver Red5and document database MongoDB, an original experiment platform with good user experienceand strong expansion is designed and implemented. The proposed platform has individual instrument userinterface, which makes it can be expanded and updated conveniently. Moreover, live video can be recordedand stored at the same time and files produced by the instrument can be stored in distributed databaseservers and downloaded by experimenters, which maximizes the integrity of the system. This platform hassome advantages like visualization, friendly interaction, resource sharing and easy maintenance, whichprovides a favorable solution to the remote measurement and control of the instrument.Based on mobile internet, this paper designed a test platform for remote monitoring and control. As itcombines remote operation, real-time monitoring and distributed cloud storage, the cost of buyingexpensive equipment is reduced. The test results from PC and mobile devices have verified the efficiencyand practicability of the platform.
