This paper combins with a call center monitoring system developed to explain howto build a Flex-based call center related technologiesdetailed process of Web monitoringsystem. Monitoring system can improve the management of call center agents on theagent’s management efficiency。Monitoring system is divided into three parts, monitoring client MonitorClient,monitoring services and client-side MonitorServer communication with the servermodule MonitorBridge. Monitoring client MonitorClient using Flex technology tographically display sent from the control over the server MonitorServer statistical dataand provides features to meet customer needs, such as real-time status display agent,agent business statistics, break control, authorization management and other functions.Monitoring service using Java technology client MonitorServer responsible forcollecting, sorting, calculated from the call center system to obtain the raw data, andsends the finished data to the monitoring client MonitorClient. MonitorBridgeMonitorClient responsible MonitorServer and communication between, is the use ofopen source frameworks Blazeds news services to achieve.Monitoring system can provide accurate and stable features that can enhance theinteraction of user and system to improve the user experience the richness of themanagement can improve management efficiency. Monitoring system is a Webapplication, to facilitate the deployment and maintenance.
