Study On Real Time Monitoring System Of Drilling States In The Different Places Based On Internet

Drilling parameters instrument is the important implement to monitor and analyze the drilling process, and to make scientific decision-making about drilling process. The success of developing the Drilling States Monitoring System meets the need of scientific drilling including "safe, optimized and balanced drilling".In this paper, on the basis of popular network technology, database technology, and GPRS wireless communication technology, an Internet-based Real Time Monitoring System of Drilling States in Different Places is developed. This system enables long-distance monitoring on the drilling field through Internet. In the different places the basal datum can be obtained from the drilling field through this system, in this way the technology resource and expert resource of different places can be taken full advantage to resolve the problem of technology weakness of the drilling team, and realize long-distance monitoring, long-distance direction, and long-distance management.In this paper, the structure and working principle of the system is studied, the principle of straight measured parameters, the mathematics model of the derived parameters and the discrimination of drilling states, as well as the principle of the hardware system designing are analyzed. Also, the principle of long-distance data transmission is discussed; Meanwhile this system adopts GPRS technology to transmit the datum of the drilling place. The software architecture, data flow, and the function model of the drilling states monitoring system are presented. After that, the software architecture of the networked drilling states monitoring system is built, several communication methods of data are analyzed, and the key technology to solve the system real-time problem and create the history curve is studied. Finally the function model of the networked drilling states monitoring system is put forward.This system has passed the acceptance checking of the science and technology committee of Chongqing. At present, the system has been put into practice and gets fine application effect.
