SHFSWR can be used to detect the big and medium-sized ship target on the sea overthe horizon, and can be applied to the alert maritime surveillance resources in the country’sterritorial waters, harbors and maritime traffic monitoring and management and so on. Itcan improve China’s overall maritime surveillance maritime rights and law enforcementcapacity. Therefore, the study of the radar to improve our self-defense capabilities plays animportant role, and the signal processor as an important part of the radar system, is directlyrelated to the overall performance of the radar. Phase-encoded signal designed to be flexibleand to meet the needs of air and sea target detection, as the transmitted signal SHFSWR isvery appropriate.This thesis aims to study the basic SHFSWR signal processor signal processingmethods, including pulse compression, distance and speed processing, digital beamformingand waveform parameters for design. Analysising P4code, to study the method ofdistance and speed processing, and design a suitable radar waveform parameters accordingto the principle of radar waveform design; Meanwhile, researching the digital beamforming radar signals based on super-resolution algorithm spatial spectrum,improve theMUSIC algorithm,and accurate azimuth determined to achieve a goal.Subject in the study based on the basic signal processing methods, signal processorswere based on ADSP-TS201project implementation, using the C programming language inVisual DSP++platform, describes the process of signal processing methods, procedures,and ultimately complete some basic signal processing signal processor including pulsecompression, distance and speed processing, digital beam forming, so that real-time outputdistance, speed, orientation three-dimensional of the spectrum become a reality.
