A project of a XXX radar system is detailedly introduced in this paper, which is presented along with technologies regarding Adaptive Clutter Cancellation, Pulse Compression and their practical implements. The principle of Adaptive Theory is first revolved as well as how to use Adaptive Clutter Cancellation technology in the XXX radar system to remove the effect of direct signal rejection and multi-path clutter rejection. Then, by using general signal processing platform in the XXX radar system, the realizations of Adaptive Clutter Cancellation and Pulse Compression are stressed. And according to the hardware source of general signal processing platform, Adaptive Clutter Cancellation function block is optimized to be realized by parallel structure, in order to satisfy the strict requirement of real time. In the module of Pulse Compression, small frames of data are respectively decimated and filtered, which are then organized into a integrated long data frame to do FFT. With the processing of real data, the improved scheme not only has a good performance, but also meets the strict requirement of real time. At last, with the help of general signal processing platform, the following topics are embraced: several kinds of effective modes of exchange of data, and the optimization of assembler in application.
