As the development of new technology, the digitalization medium frequency receiver has been widely used in Radar receiver because of its outstanding advantages such as low cost, simple structure, easy transplant and update compared with analog receiver. At the same time, the Pulse Compression technology is also popular in Radar system by the reason of which solves the contradiction between range and range resolution of radar primely.Based on the theory of digitalization medium frequency receiver and pulse compression, we design a system to realize the digitalization medium frequency receiving and pulse compression in frequency domain of LFM signal Radar. The main contents are as follows:1. Introduce the solution of digitalization medium frequency receiver and pulse compression of LFM signal. Propose a system which consists of A/D converter (AD6645) + FPGA (EP2C35)+ DSP (ADSP-TS201) to complete these tasks.2. Choose proper chips such as A/D converter, FPGA, DSP, memory and power chips according to the solution. Complete the hardware design including schematic circuit diagram design and printed circuit board design with Capture and PowerPCB.3. Complete the hardware debug and software realization of every part, which are composed of the debug of A/D converter and DDC function, the data storage and pulse compression in frequency domain .Get the final PC result in the ADSP-TS201 flat roof and compare the result with the emulational result with MATLAB.4. Complete the system debug. Taking the LFM signal as the object, implement the digitalization of LFM signal, DDC, and pulse compression in frequency domain.
